He/she will be responsible for managing and securing all logistics documentation and SAP transactions related to the operations of an After-sales warehouse, in order to ensure the accuracy of physical and system flows, data reliability, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service throughout the lifecycle of spare parts.
Ensure the timely delivery of required part number for products, materials and supplies to the after-sales logistics department, as requested by the projects or serial life modifications.
What you will do
Maintain, validate, and govern Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA (basic data, logistics views, UoM, packaging, lifecycle changes) to support warehouse and aftersales operations.
Create, maintain, and control BOMs in SAP S/4HANA (kits, assemblies, service parts), ensuring accuracy, versioning, validity, and operational usability.
Govern packaging and handling data, ensuring correct dimensions, weights, quantities, and palletization are reflected in systems and documentation.
Ensure accurate stock movement and inventory documentation, analyze discrepancies, and resolve master data or documentation-related issues.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and traceability, maintaining audit trails for material, BOM, and documentation changes.
Act as a cross-functional interface between Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Aftersales, Finance, IT, and external partners.
Manage change impact and continuous improvement, coordinating data updates, improving governance processes, and supporting digitalization initiatives.
Identify and mitigate operational and service risks caused by master data, BOM, or documentation errors to protect service levels and customers.
What we're looking for
A proven track record of 4-7 years in logistics, supply chain, or aftersales operations. Warehouse & Aftersales logistics knowledge (inbound, outbound, returns). At least 3 years hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred).
Outstanding in material master data, BOM management, and documentation control skills
Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise (MM, Logistics Execution, Inventory Management, BOM management) skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage.
